Ultra Tone
Using the latest Ultratone Futura pro machine, electrodes are gently attached to the body and stimulate the key muscle groups via electrical impulses. These impulses imitate the body’s own bio-electric energy and emit a series of different wave forms to stimulate, tone and regenerate the treated area. Skin, fat, muscle, connective tissue, the circulatory and lymphatic systems are stimulated.
A 30 minute session with the pads around the tummy is the equivalent of 500 abdominal crunches – and IT WILL SHOW.
Ultra-tone has very good programmes for various conditions including an excellent post -natal programme as TAMZIN OUTHWAITE will vouch. There are also different programmes for men for getting a 6 pack as Dandy man, Dan Jones from Time Out (march 19th) discovered.
