Anti Wrinkle Light Refinement Treatment

Shenaz practices anti-wrinkle Light Refinement Therapy, an advanced treatment developed in Switzerland which uses infra-red and blue light to aid relaxation, stimulate the skin and encourage cell regeneration.

Light Refinement is non-invasive and has none of the side effects of the old CO2 lasers, such as scarring, reddening and sunlight sensitivity, and Shenaz has seen it produce dramatic and long-term improvements to wrinkles and fine lines.

Light Refinement involves relaxing under a small lamp filled with tiny red and blue lights for an hour or more at a time and is very peaceful. The treatment utilises different laser light wavebands making it possible to reach the upper, middle and lower collagen levels. It incorporates the use of ‘Newlight’ which stimulates the porphyrins to increase transportation of oxygen to the upper skin layers to maximise the production of collagen and combat fine lines and soften wrinkles.

As the light is applied to the face, the pressure points of the face and body are worked on to unclog the meridians of any blockages, enabling energy to flow freely whilst simultaneously stimulating the kidney and liver to promote detoxification.

In between light treatments, specially formulated vitamin and mineral lotions are applied to help feed the skin with essential nutrients and a lymph cream is applied at the end of the treatment to aid the detoxing process.
